Dr. Hamda Khan joined National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES) in July 2016 as a Lecturer & is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Sciences and Humanities. She has been associated with Academia for the last 07 years till to date. She did her post-graduation (MS– Mathematical Modeling and Scientific Computation) in 2013 with distinction and earned gold medal. Her M.S research was in Optimization and Computational Methods for Path Planning in Mobile Robots, focusing on random search methods such as Genetic Algorithms and Random Particle Optimization Methods. She further continued her studies and completed PhD Mathematics degree in March 2020. Her PhD research focuses on Optimization by Stochastic Simulation and Variational Methods. She also has expertise in MATLAB, C++, Mathematica and ANSYS. Furthermore, she has 05 publications to her credit in well reputed international journals and 04 conference/ transactions publications.
