Summary
Ms. Maryam Khalid joined FAST-NUCES, Islamabad, as a Lab Instructor in the Department of Computer Science in January 2025. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from FAST-NUCES, Islamabad, in 2024.
Her Final Year Project, titled "Automated Authentication of Quranic Verses Using BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers)-Based Language Models," focused on developing an automated system to verify and authenticate Quranic verses and distinguish them from fabricated ones. Her research paper is also published in the prestigious International Conference COLING 2025. Her areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Data Science.
