Ms. Amina Aziz
Amina Aziz with 28+ years in corporate finance and securities, leads SECP’s Lending & Private Fund Department, overseeing microfinance, digital lending, private equity, and venture capital policies. As Convenor of the Regulatory Sandbox Committee, she supports financial innovation. Previously, as SECP’s Director of Adjudication, Amina handled market manipulation and fraud cases. Mr. Ammar Karim

Mr. Assad Hameed Khan
Assad Hameed Khan, a certified board director and professional accountant, has 26+ years of experience, including 15+ in leadership roles. As Head of ACCA Pakistan, he has expertise in financial services, capital markets regulation, and socio-economic development. He has international experience in Dubai and Mauritius and began his career at PwC. An alumnus of LUMS and NDU, he specializes in strategy, governance, and business development.
Mr. Bilal Hussain
Bilal Hussain completed his early education at Aitchison College and earned his bachelor's from Hailey College. After starting at KPMG, he became a Chartered Accountant in 2009 and transitioned to academia as an Assistant Professor at Forman Christian College. After three years, Bilal moved to the corporate sector, serving as CIA at Maple Leaf Cement. Since 2016, he has been the CFO of Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited.
