Ms. Amina Aziz
Amina Aziz with 28+ years in corporate finance and securities, leads SECP’s Lending & Private Fund Department, overseeing microfinance, digital lending, private equity, and venture capital policies. As Convenor of the Regulatory Sandbox Committee, she supports financial innovation. Previously, as SECP’s Director of Adjudication, Amina handled market manipulation and fraud cases. She specializes in law, governance, and fostering innovation in financial markets.

Mr. Ammar Karim
Ammar Karim, an AI and Data Science expert with 18+ years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, specializes in consulting, R & D, presales, and project management. As a University of London postgraduate, he has taught in Pakistan and Italy and speaks at global conferences. He is Group Executive Director at Telenor Easypaisa, leading teams in data and AI.

Mr. Assad Hameed Khan
Assad Hameed Khan, a certified board director and professional accountant, has 26+ years of experience, including 15+ in leadership roles. As Head of ACCA Pakistan, he has expertise in financial services, capital markets regulation, and socio-economic development. He has international experience in Dubai and Mauritius and began his career at PwC. An alumnus of LUMS and NDU, he specializes in strategy, governance, and business development.

Mr. Bilal Hussain
Bilal Hussain completed his early education at Aitchison College and earned his bachelor's from Hailey College. After starting at KPMG, he became a Chartered Accountant in 2009 and transitioned to academia as an Assistant Professor at Forman Christian College. After three years, Bilal moved to the corporate sector, serving as CIA at Maple Leaf Cement. Since 2016, he has been the CFO of Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited.

Ms. Fatima Anila

Mr. Hammad Bashir
Hammad Bashir has 20 years of experience in consulting, business advisory, and startup support, working with both public and private institutions. With education in IT and international business from Pakistan and the UK, he has led major projects for UN agencies, USAID, and PFAN. He managed the world’s largest Cleantech Accelerator, driving innovation, gender inclusion, and significant funding, earning recognition from UNIDO Vienna.

Ms. Humaira Zahid
Humaira Zahid is a results-driven professional with over 14 years of experience managing and implementing major enterprise change and transformation programs across various regions (Pakistan, Canada, Finland, Ireland, UK) related to large-scale Business/IT transformations.

Mr. Humayun Shan
Humayun Shan has 15+ years of experience across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States, spanning across Telecom, Logistics, and FMCS industries. With techno-business academic qualifications (BCS, MBA), he possesses hands-on experience of strategically and digitally transforming international conglomerates including Banks, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing industries, and the Public Sector. Sarwat Salahuddin Khan is Jazz’s Chief Ethics & Diversity Officer and Veon’s Head of Investigations, overseeing compliance and FCPA risks. With 20+ years in legal, M&A, ethics, and compliance, she previously served as Jazz’s Chief Legal Officer. A certified trainer, she conducts workshops for women entrepreneurs on leadership and business law. She holds an LL.M. from Durham University, UK, and is a qualified Director from IBA.

Mr. Shajer Sial
