Dr. Muhammad Abbas is an Associate Professor and HEC Approved PhD supervisor at FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Abbas holds a PhD in management. He has over fifteen years of experience in teaching and research. He also provides trainings and consultancy services to various national and multinational organizations.
  Dr. Abbas serves as an editor and a reviewer for many world class journals. His publications appear in Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and Journal of Business & Psychology, among others. He also has worked on several national and international funded projects. He has received many awards from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan for his research contributions.
 Dr. Abbas' primary research interests include positive OB, leadership, job stressors, philosophy of management, psychological capital,  AI in HR and generative AI.
