It serves us great pride to announce that 3 teams from FAST NUCES Islamabad School of Computing, namely: Chip.In, Tricodery, and Skyla, have secured the top 3 positions in Appcon 2021! Appcon 2021 is held yearly by Telenor Microfinance Bank with the aim to challenge the young minds of today towards futuristic objectives in the field of Mobile App Development. The winning teams were chosen from a pool of 40+ teams that registered from top Computer Science Universities of Pakistan. It's truly a matter of pride for FAST NUCES Islamabad School of Computing that the top 5 teams were from the same university!
The judges were pleased with both the design and functionality of the applications made by the winning teams. They praised the high quality of coding expertise that was being taught to students at FAST NUCES Islamabad.
All of the winning teams met with the HOD of CS department, Dr. Hammad Majeed, as well as their Mentor, Mr. Saad Salman. The teams were congratulated on their achievements by both the HOD and Mentor, who were very proud of the efforts made by the teams and were happy with the results produced by teams from FAST University in the competition. It should be noted that Team Tricodery also took part in Appcon2020 and bagged the 3rd position in the competition for their brilliant application design and functionality
