Registration Open 85th Convocation of FAST NUCES at Islamabad Campus

The 85th Convocation of FAST-NUCES is to be scheduled on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Islamabad campus to confer the degrees of the graduates who passed out (completed their degree requirements) in the examination of Fall 2024, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 semesters.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates of BBA, BS, MBA, MS and PhD degree programs who completed their degree requirements in the above-mentioned semesters are eligible for the 85th Convocation.

Registration fee for the 85th Convocation is as follows:

Registration Deadline: Thursday, November 13, 2025

Registration Fee till Deadline: Rs. 6,500/-
Registration Fee after Deadline: Rs. 7,500/-
Registration Fee for an Additional Guest: Rs. 2,500/-

The Registration Fee is payable in cash only at the One Stop, Ground Floor, A Block, Islamabad Campus on a working day (Mon-Fri) during office hours (09:00 AM – 04:30 PM). 

All graduates are advised to please register themselves online for the convocation by 13-November-2025 (Thursday) for getting reserved their seats. After the deadline,  Rs.7,500 will be received.

A graduate is allowed to register two guests with the registration fee. Moreover, the registration of additional guests is subject to the payment of Rs. 2,500/- per additional guest.

Compulsory full-dress rehearsal of the Convocation will be held at the campus on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 02:00 P.M. Timeline for the rehearsal will be shared with the graduates on 18-Nov-2025.

No registration request will be entertained on Rehearsal/Convocation Day.
