Summary
Dr. Mukhtar Ullah graduated as an electrical engineer from UET Peshawar in 1999. He worked as Assistant Manager at NESCOM for two years. He is the recipient of the prestigious TROSS award by the Ministry of Science and Technology which allowed him to complete his Masters in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering from UMIST (now merged in the University of Manchester), Manchester in 2002. In 2003, he was hired as a research scientific officer the University of Rostock, Germany, from which he completed his Doctorate of Engineering in Systems Biology in 2009 and continued there as a post-doctoral research scientific officer has a post-doc for the next four years. In 2013 he moved to FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad as an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering. He has since been collaborating with the University of Rostock, National University of Singapore, University of Jeddah, Capital University of Science and Technology and National Engineering and Scientific Commission.with more than 15 years collective experience in academia and industry. His research interests are in Stochastic Modeling, Control Systems, and Probabilistic Learning Theory. Currently, he isHoD Electrical Engineering at FAST NUCES, Islamabad Campus
