Dr. Muhammad Yasir is currently serving as an Associate Professor at FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad where he has also served as Assistant Professor. Prior to this, he held teaching roles at COMSATS University Islamabad and the University of Wah. His research has garnered over 600 citations in the last five years, with an H-index of 14, reflecting his strong academic impact. He has published extensively in high-ranking journals, including Q1 and Q2 outlets such as the International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Enterprise Information Management and Engineering Economics. His work bridges financial theory with data-driven approaches, applying deep learning and sentiment analysis to stock market forecasting, herding behaviour, and macroeconomic dynamics. His expertise extends to supervising advanced research in business analytics, serving on editorial boards, and reviewing for renowned international journals. Dr. Yasir brings over 14 years of teaching experience in economics, finance, and business analytics at leading Universities of Pakistan. He has taught a diverse range of undergraduate courses, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Economics, Econometrics, Business Calculus, and Business Research and Data Mining. At the postgraduate level, he has designed and delivered advanced courses such as Advanced Quantitative Research Methods, Applied Calculus for Business, and Philosophy of Management Sciences.
