Mr. Umair Manzoor is a Higher Education Quality Assurance professional with over a decade of dedicated experience in the higher education sector. With an MS in Engineering Management, he has a solid background in regulatory affairs, accreditation, graduate program NOCs, university rankings, policy development, strategic planning, stakeholder feedback analysis, and quality assurance in HEIs.

Mr. Umair Manzoor has actively contributed to several international higher education projects focusing on accreditation, quality enhancement, and institutional internationalization. He has collaborated with academic institutions in the Gulf, South Asia, and Europe, giving him a broad understanding of global best practices and quality assurance systems. Apart from his strategic and administrative responsibilities, Mr. Umair Manzoor is also involved in academic research and authored and co-authored articles on policy development, higher education governance, and quality assurance.
