Summary

He brings over nine years of diverse experience spanning both academia and the corporate sector. Currently, he serves as a Lecturer at the FAST School of Management, FAST-NUCES, Islamabad, Pakistan, and also pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM). He holds an MS in HRM and a BBA (Hons), both earned with distinction from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. To date, he has published more than 20 research papers in prestigious national and international journals, including Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management (Impact Factor: 8.7), International Journal of Project Management (Impact Factor: 7.4), and Project Management Journal (Impact Factor: 3.5). He has also presented over 10 research papers at various local and international academic conferences. In addition to the research contributions, he serves as a reviewer for several esteemed journals such as Tourism Review, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, and Frontiers in Psychology. He has secured 05+ national and international research grants to date, including a $3,000 research grant from the International Institute of Islamic Thought (USA), a PKR 500,000 grants from Riphah International University, and a PKR 1.5 million Faculty Research Support Grant (FRSG) from FAST-NUCES. He has supervised more than 60 MS thesis students. He has delivered training sessions on a variety of topics, including AI tools for literature reviews, research methodology, academic writing, publication strategies, and data analysis software such as SmartPLS and SPSS. These sessions have been conducted for faculty members and BS, MS, and PhD scholars across several academic and corporate institutions, including National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Management Development Institute (MDI), Air University, Riphah International University, MIUC Roots Millennium, University of Southern Queensland, National Logistics Cell, Capital University of Science and Technology, and FAST-National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences.
