Summary
Dr Aneka Fahima Sufi is an assistant professor at FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan. She holds a PhD in Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS); MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi; and BBA Honors from Bahria University, Islamabad.
She has published in the Journal of Business Ethics, and presented her work in international conferences, on topics such as peer unethical behaviors, emotions, social identification, employee silence, proactive behaviors, leadership, power, and culture. She also regularly reviews for a few renowned international journals and conferences.
She began her teaching career as a PhD Candidate during her doctoral studies at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Prior to her PhD, she was a management practitioner, and has 8 years of multi-industry, cross functional work experience in local as well as multinational organizations, specifically AkzoNobel, ICI Limited, and Pakistan Tobacco Company.
