Adeel has served as head of Human Resources for prestigious national as well as Multinational Companies. Institutions served; Citibank, Siemens AG, ICI AkzoNobel, Engro Group, PTCL, Dawood Hercules, NLC GCC, Touchstone Communications, Army Welfare Trust and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. As a member of Steering Committee HEC on Transformation, helped HEC achieve its Digital Transformation goals, improved Industry Academia linkage, professional utilization of HEC funds and presented prototype of National RD&I Framework approved by National Distinguished Professors.
