Mr. Abdul Basit serves as English Instructor at FAST-NUCES Islamabad. He holds a bachelor's degree in English Linguistics and Literature from NUML Islamabad, and is currently pursuing MPhil degree, with his thesis focusing on the intersection of English language, identity, and educational disparities in Pakistan. His research interests include identity, language, media discourse, and posthumanism, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach. Mr. Basit has presented papers both at national and international conferences. He has also attended seminars and webinars, including sessions with Pearson, to refine his teaching practices. His teaching philosophy centers on an eclectic approach to learning, aimed at equipping students with 21st-century skills.
