Summary

Dr. Muhammad Abbas is a Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at FAST School of Management, NUCES, Islamabad. He has over 15 years of experience in academia and industry. His publications appear in world’s top journals included in Financial Times (FT-50) ranking of prestigious journals. He also serves as an editor and a reviewer for many world-class journals. In addition to teaching and research, he engages in trainings, capacity building programs, and consultancy services for numerous national and multinational organizations across many countries. He has received many awards from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan, including ‘Best Young Scholar Award’ for consecutive three years and ‘Best Research Paper Award’ for his research contributions. His broader areas of interest include organizational behavior, leadership, Generative AI, and algorithmic HRM.
